Gyms are open as of last Friday, with numbers limited to 50people regardless of the size of the building. I wont go local cause i know what the line up / wait was like last time the dictators did this. Has taken about 6-7weeks for my bicep to feel better. Shoulder is 98% back to normal. Have been doing and surprisingly enjoying a band circuit sessions at home.

So I lost a pound, but my bodyfat allegedly went up 1%. If I gained a pound and bf went down, that would make sense, cos muscle. The human body is just a creepy place..
