Still a long way to go but I am actually starting to see a small difference. Very small but its there! I would LOVE to loose some weight off my chest and waist and add some more thickness to the legs.

Crucifix curls are definitely one of the best biceps builders. Let you arms go all the way to full extension and keep every rep slow and controlled. I promise your biceps will be sore for two days lol.
