You know sometimes I bemoan living in a small town in Alabama. A town where everyone knows everyone or at least can trace a relative back 🤣. A town that is slow to change to match our slow drawn out speech. A town where I am expected to be and act a certain way and frowned upon if I don’t. But despite all that, the snakes, the bears, opposums on my porch, yellow jackets in the ground, and a plethora of other wild creatures I live with... there is beauty. This owl is with me often. Maybe others, but always take it as a sign... might have noticed my affinity in my tattoos... watching and waiting. Not something I am great at. I am often too quick to act, too impatient... too something... too philosophical for a dumb southern gal 😂😂

Thursday with the trainer. Bench Press with weighted sit ups, lat pullowns with sled push, straight arm pulldowns with skull crushers, finished with ball slams and barbell v-situps. Not bad for a Friday-eve workout!

Most may like weight loss but the recent weight loss has concerned me. It is more then i expected and didn’t like what happened last time. I do have medical issues that unexplained weight loss is an indicator of issues.
