Interesting workout today. I really wanted to do heavy bag work but needed to train some ham/glute. In all my glory i decided to pair the two. 10 three min. Rounds. But instrad of a one minute corner rest period i did straight leg dead lifts between the rounds instead. Talk about a beat down. At round six i recall thinking, who the hell came up with this!? Mission acccomplished👍💯
