Ok I gotta ask. I know it's none of my business but why do guys hike up their shorts while squatting jack crap weights and then walk around like they get huge quads?? Lol no they no joking around. Just curious... another day in the gym.

Squat everyday... Back squats 5×3 Leg press 5×15 Lying Leg Curls 5×15 Abs and arms after.... gym ugly today.. smh. Weights everywhere. No racking but only half reps.. oh well....
