UPDATE. Made it to the dr and my suspicions were correct. I more than likely have either a bulging disk or a herniated disk. MRI scheduled for November 3rd. The bad news: no more heavy lifting. Squats, leg presses, deadlifts, etc...are all done🤕. Maybe I can pick them up in the future, but probably not for at least 3 months. The good news, I can still lift, but its going to be more machines and cables, with light weight, higher reps. I can do anything that doesnt put too much stress on my back. I guess it could be worse. At 44 years old, my body is not what it once was. My lesson for younger people: lift smart. Use weight within your range and always use peoper form. Let the heavy weights develope naturally. I killed my back moving furniture in my younger days, and lifted heavy too quickly and without proper form. Now Im payine the price. Age catches up to you and it gets worse, not better. As much as I love Y3T, time to come up with a new program, and time to move more into weight loss as opposed to bulking. Again, it could be worse and ive accepted it. Keep well everyone🖖💪😊
