Went to a bowling party this evening. There were cheeseballs, mini tacos, nachos, pizza, brownies, cupcakes and adult beverages. I drank my water, bowled my game and had a great time with friends and avoided the junk! Now I sit here eating my seasoned zucchini and chicken with stewed tomatoes. All while reflecting how good I feel vs how crummy and guilty I would have felt if I'd caved in to eating the unhealthy stuff... Now to try and get in a little cardio before relaxing for the rest of my evening! Have a great night!!
