💁‍♀️ Think before you comment! My acid reflux won't care if it's Christmas or not Christmas. The whole point for my calorie deficit and macros are to ensure I won't over eat which likely trigger an acid reflux attack. So instead of being in horrible pain with acid rolling back up in throat . I'm planning ahead plus I cut out all the junk food, unnecessary booze and anything else that would cause me pain. Their is always a reason someone can't eat the same food as you. 💁‍♀️🤦‍♀️

11/29 - Cardio and chest. Total working sets for chest was 25, using the following Flat bench presses Incline bench presses Hammer Strength iso lateral bench press Machine dips Pec-dec Cable crossovers. Felt a little sluggish, but it is done.
