Good☀️Tuesday Morning... Early start today so I’m a bit pumped already😁 Gonna train Legs with a twist tonight... yeah I banged my baby toe on a metal post last night “ouch”... now it’s swollen and sore but you know me, I train through pain LoL... yep #NoExcuses for me... Gotta get it done... Later💋

Hi Everybody! ❤ Day 16 complete of 21 Day Fix. Weighted cardio, ab workout and 10 min of yoga. I tried to take a good selfie after my workout but could not bring myself to post it. 😳 I didn't want to make Bodyspace crash. 🤣 Btw, we got snow this morning here in Wisconsin! Hope you all have a great Tuesday! ❤

The new Rule One protein omlettes are REALLY good! I just made one this morning and it tastes great. Love that it’s lower cholesterol than “real” eggs and I don’t have to refrigerate anything!

At 6.8 Mil so 200K tomorrow leaves me still with 5 days in the month. It is great to be off, because I can take my time and get some outdoor work done, too. It is sunny, no wind today, got to go rake some leaves. Have a great day FitFam and stay safe.
