I get asked what my favorite exercise is all the time, without a doubt it’s behind the back cable lateral raises. I have shoulder issues so training shoulders is really challenging but utilizing this exercise I get a great lateral dealt workout that doesn’t bother me! I do these in high volume like everything else, 8 to 12 reps for 5 to 7 sets. The pump is insane and it works to build those bowling ball shoulders!
