A poor attempt at a band workout for Bis and Tris tonight. I only say "poor" because I didn't plan it well ... Eleventh hour decision to stay home rather than drive to the gym Prior to the workout, I did my basic 3x10s of push-ups, body Squats, crunches, leg lifts, and hip thrusters (because this combo works for me!) I did this all outside, which I liked. But I probably would have done better inside with access to door jambs (I used fencing instead) to create various plant positions. Meh. I got a decent pump ... But still ... Meh. After my workout, I did a set of 22s for our Vets and those who suffer from depression. Sad news ... I lost yet another friend to COVID-19. He was a vibrant member of our community. I will miss him dearly. ☹️ PEOPLE ... WEAR ... YOUR ... MASKS ... please. This virus is real ... And it's getting closer to you than you think. Now GO WASH YOUR HANDS! 🧽🖐️🖐️🖐️🖐️🖐️🖐️ GET A MASK! 😷😷😷 DON'T BE STUPID.... CLEAN UP AFTER YOURSELF ... And for Pete's sake ... STAY SAFE! #stayinplace 🇺🇲 #iostoacasa 🇮🇹 #ficaemcasa 🇵🇹 Do a set for the cause, would ya?! It's a good thing!
