Evening greetings fit fam. Legs today on the coming down the home stretch lunch crunch x-press. Standard workout. Did 6 sets of hack squats, 6 sets of leg press (straight line unit), 6 sets of leg extensions, 6 sets of seated calf raises and 6 sets of lying hammie curls. Notable (non-record) numbers today were: 330 lbs X 10 X 2 on the hack squats (decent depth), 505 lbs X 10 X 2 on the straight line leg press (harder for me than the traditional sled), and 195 lbs X 10 on the leg extensions. Brain was in a bit of a fog to begin with, but the body responded once the adrenaline kicked in. Hope that everyone had a great Thursday. Hope you took an extra few seconds to make a smile or three.
