I think I am not doing enough in the gym when I look at some of the weights lifted in the fit post. But then I also know that I am doing my best and may be the stamina and energy levels arent the same at 48 years which was earlier. I am not demotivated or depressed or anything like that its just that I am wondering where am i going wrong in work outs. Cant let the age factor bring me down, there are many above 50 years lifting twice of what I am doing. Need to rethink, strategise and come out with a better workout plan and a better me.
