Good morning FIT FAM. Well finally getting some motivation back. Was able to get in a very good back and bi's workout yesterday and then did a 3.4 mile run this morning and hoping that i am able to get a great chest and tri workout in this afternoon. Hope everyone had a great start to the week and continues to crush your workouts. Stay awesome everyone and remember i am your biggest fan.

Kinda tweeked my knee last week so i’ve been going easy on my wheels. Today i gave them a little test. 10 miles on my mountain bike. Went pretty good. I think i’m gonna live to fight another day. Am i getting old,with these little injuries? I’m not giving up just yet. 😂. Give 💯 percent every day. 👍
