Hi guys, happy Monday! Starting off with my 4 am chest, back and abs. Did 4x12's this morning with a little added weight. I will probably stay on this program for the time being, but once everything falls into place re our moving, I just might change to my metabolic program because then everything is shifting into high gear around here, packing (incl weights .... sigh .... luckily this will be just for a short while), cleaning, organizing, etc. What can I say - looking forward to a new beginning! Anyways, have a great Monday Fitfam! :D
