Delts and Traps Day ... I mean Night ... at home! With bands! Had a good workout ... Got a little pump. I forget that bands are equally as effective as iron, sometimes. ➡️ Some examples of my work (you can see my seriousness! 😜) ➡️Still walking daily with Zack. We had a 70 degree day today ... Breathtaking sunsets ... It was even warm enough for my daughter to step out of the house and lay with Zack and our newest edition ... Curly! My view looking up saw the moon through the palm fronds. Still doing the daily multi week challenge ... 100 bodyweight squats and 100 standing calf raises ... Day 3, week two! ➡️ I did a set of my 22s for our Vets and those who suffer from depression. ➡️Oh ... I noticed some action with the quads and calves ... I think that the 100s are working! People ... Please follow the rules ... All the time!😷 (This way, our gyms won't be closing!) Now GO WASH YOUR HANDS! 🧽🖐️🖐️🖐️🖐️🖐️🖐️ GET A MASK! 😷😷😷 DON'T BE STUPID.... CLEAN UP AFTER YOURSELF ... And for Pete's sake ... STAY SAFE! #stayinplace 🇺🇲 #iostoacasa 🇮🇹 #ficaemcasa 🇵🇹 Do a set for the cause, would ya?! It's a good thing!
