Light weight and light resistance chest and back plus some abs..... I'm getting to the point to where either my shoulder is gonna hold up, heal and allow me back to my normal workout routine or it's not and it's gonna f@&k up completely and they'll have no choice but to go in and fix it! I'm so **** frustrated!!! 😒😒😒

Put in a full days work yet left “early” drove 6 hours and immediately put in an hour of gym time. Now tired and hungry I am setting out to refuel and spend time with the wife for the weekend. hope you are able to have an enjoyable weekend folks.
