No workout today ... We STILL have ash falling from the sky (our local fires in the Central Sierras are still burning ... Since August) ... But we are getting some pretty cool sunsets! Pray for our friends in Orange County, CA ... They've got TWO huge fires ... And a handful of my IG and BS friends who live in that area are evacuating.🙏 ➡️I did my set 22s for our Vets and those who suffer from depression. Be thankful for what you have. ♥️💪🙏 People ...
