Leg day today, then ran the stairs 63 times 15 steps totaling 945 steps in 15 minutes. Sweaty hot mess after that. Be safe, cheers.

Good evening fit fam. Made that "gotta have a new outlook" trek to the park/playground today for my Tuesday lunch escape. Did 50 chin-ups, 50 inverted rows, 125 push-ups, 100 crunches, and 100 lying leg raises. Two miles walking round trip. Crunches on a park bench aren't the most comfortable thing - so i may have to rethink that one. Missing the iron, but at least i have something to look forward to again. Probably won't gain, but at least I will maintain. It's actually been fun bumping into long time customers at the park and along the way who have never seen me out of uniform. Yesterday I commented about my motivation being low. Reading through your "never give up" efforts gave me new inspiration. Thank you and have a great night everyone! Bob
