It’s not about working out when you get inspired or when you feel like it. It’s about discipline! Pumped out a 5-25 UBWO. No extra Reps today. Was lucky to lift all 5-Sets. Was tired from getting my 1st Shinglix shot. Trying to drink a lot of water. Ate all 5-whole food, portion size meals. Did have 1-cookie since hubby made a half batch tonight and they were still warm. 😳
