Drank a beer and I'm feeling squiffy, but I ran this morning and hit the gym for legs in the afternoon. Here's hoping I get back to running every morning and hitting the gym at least 4 time per week. The older I get, the harder it gets.

Good evening fit fam. Chest and triceps today on the mid-week lunch crunch X-press. Still rolling with upper/inner chest isolation. Some supersets. Did: 4 sets of steeply inclined DB press, 4 sets of steeply inclined DB flies, 4 sets of lying Svend Press (on a slight incline), 4 sets of pec flies on each of the two pec decks (the one where you squeeze with your forearms, and the one that doubles as a reverse fly machine), 4 sets of overhead triceps rope extensions (low and leaning forward), 4 sets of WG triceps push-downs and 4 sets of two arm DB triceps kickbacks with that hammer curl finish. Moderate but challenging weights on everything. Bonus reps (+5) on the third set of every exercise. Pecs were pumped! Tri's were fried! Surprisingly, I got a nice complement today about my abs from a co-worker. He was telling another how fit I looked without my shirt on. Asking about my ab routine. Makes all of this hard work worthwhile! Hope that everyone had a great day. Have a great night! Bob
