Ok, hear me out, I was going to take a week off but then remembered that this would create in me a sense of dread getting back to work. With that in mind I started the next program. This one is no joke and I am only a day in. The tabatas are killer and one minute rest periods between supersets makes the work go by quick, but adds another cardio like element in addition to the afore mentioned tabatas. Two leg days each week for the next 8 weeks. I may need a whambulance soon…
