Good morning and Happy Hump Day! One of my gym buddies was training biceps doing preacher curls when a fairly loud "pop" was heard. Fairly certain it is either a torn bicep muscle or severely sprained. Either way, his training will be reduced to cardio for awhile. Injuries occur; adapt and overcome (smartly of course) Have a GREAT day!
