I really hope this year achieve everything i need and i want...i did i big step..changing my diet.Being vegan is the best thing i could do for my self, for the animals and for my planet.Slowly but Surely..i will achieve i'm pretty sure of that.Have a good new year!! We are finishing January..going fast already! 😊😊.Changes in my life..changes for good.

Spent the first hour of my workout last night trying to correct my squat form. She needs a lot of work! Followed by a couple of other exercises to work the glutes and hams. 🍑
