It's odd ... We're having 65-70 degree days ... In January ... Which shouldn't happen. Not good for the fruit and nut trees that need their sleep.

I really am working ... Chest and Back Day ... I tried to start this yesterday ... No mojo. Tonight ... Mojo!
Still carrying that COVID 10+ ... but my back doesn't look too bad.ð¤
â¡ï¸ I worked with everything that I had! The Olympic Bar, bands and Power Tower!
Zack and I did take a walk today ... Stunning (Photos on another post).
â¡ï¸ I did two sets of my 22s for our Vets and those who suffer from depression. (I need to catch up from the weekend!)
If you're a little down ... A set of 22s will pick you back up!
Also ... Did 100 squats and calf raises as part of at six week challenge (Week two, day one).
