so so far i haven't yet done the real exercising, so what i will do is set a timer and do it exercise by exercise, so i will give myself a time allotted, i will also try to make a video log of each exercise that i do and load it up to bodyspace or something else......

Ive been away from exercise for a few months. I feel very weak. So much so it worries me. I feel weaker now than when I began lifting for the first time. Is this age?
