So I continue to drop fat fast and build muscle quickly. I have already gone from a 4xbig to a 2xtall. The new problem is my shoulders widening means harder times finding shirts again and I am happy that I am leaning out quickly in just seven weeks. So come January and maybe even round voting time I will be three quarts or more to the lean out goal. I am more then half way their right now.

So two days on I think I may of over done my leg workout a lil well perhaps alot 🤦‍♂️😝now siting on the the toilet is one thing but bein able to get to it is another 😂🤪damn I can't walk, lockdown s got me like a beginner again lmao 😂

Chest and back up 3.5 inches. 55 inches my navel measurement is down 3 inches at 42. Need to work on my arm they look tiny at 19 inches. Top pics this morning bottom is 3 weeks ago.
