During lockdown I did an extra day of HIIT and I got a tad leaner. Returned to the gym on Friday. Performed barbell compound lifts since I missed out on them during the 2 week lockdown. Perhaps came with a strong return that I hoped for; I guess I feel just as strong prior lockdown. A good time to return to readjust and continue my winter bulk up
