Since my 2nd month of my body recomp started I wanted to do isometric exercises in the evening but I have to say that it does nothing for me. So I'm gonna go with some training sessions from Pamela Reif on YouTube. That girl, "Pambot", as we call her is a ******* hardcore robot doll haha
