I weigh about 190lbs my roomate told me I have boobs but use to have pecs. Obviously the way a chest tends to grow the bottom part will stick out if you don't focus on the top part. Also yeah I can see some fat there but it looks mostly muscle to me. I hit a fat loss plateau but I should be more focused on my lifts than my looks right now because I am no longer in my 20s I am going to have a hard time getting lean. I don't know what to do..:/
