Overnight trip and work. What? Watch says 4:24am. Crazy hours. Just finished a 4 mile run in 95 degree sun and a core workout.

When I wear my Rogue shirt, I really don't need a pre-workout. It makes me feel like a beast. 🦍 Nailed a total leg day ( quads, hams and calves).

Good evening fit fam. Back and bi's today for my coming down the home stretch Thursday lunch escape. Pull-down edition. And so it went: WG pull-downs: 80 lbs X 10, 180 lbs X 10, 80 lbs X 30 X 2. High pulley rows to chest: 77.5 lbs x 10, 130 lbs X 10, 77.5 lbs X 30 x 2. Straight arm/straight bar pull-downs: 70 lbs X 10, 125 lbs x 10, 70 lbs x 30 x 2. Single arm rotational pull downs: (each arm, kneeling on a mat) 65 lbs X 30 X 2. Matrix machine preacher curls: 50 lbs x 10, 100 lbs X 10, 50 lbs x 30 X 2. Low pulley cable curls: 55 lbs x 10, 85 lbs X 10, 55 lbs x 30 x 2. Two arm incline DB curls: 30 lbs X 10, 60 lbs x 10, 30 lbs x 30 X 2. Good day, good pump, no surprises from strangers.
