So I made a new dumbell bar...my old dumbell row bar could only hold 160 lbs total and the spring collars would often fall off...so I made a new bar that weighs 11 lbs with the collars that can hold twenty 10 lb plates + the bar is 2 lbs + these old collars are 4.5 lbs each making a total possible weight of 211 lbs. I doubt I'll need to load it up to the max but it's nice to have the option.

so fit life is a real Challenge right now considering most of the states don’t seem to think that exercising is the right thing to do during a pandemic which is beyond me because exercising build your immune system so yeah I guess I’m on Pirma bulk
