In my years as a funeral director, and in my time as a chaplain, I saw people avoid the grief of others because they did not know what to say. We do not have to say anything. Presence speaks volumes, and can mean more than any platitude. In fact, these guys did just fine until they opened their mouths.

Strongman grip training with new axel bar. Reallt working Day of the Deads differently as my whole workout has something for every lifter. Conventional deads for power and strength, axel for strongman, and finished with a superset of Snatch grip deads w/ uprights rows. Good times had by me.

Just tried Shaun T's Insanity Cardio (what am I, 15 yrs too late?). Yeah, didn't even make it to 2nd full round of Heismans. New goal, since I hate cardio!

Balance for me means that Monday through Friday it’s strict eating and counting of macros. But Saturday and Sunday all I do is eat healthy because there is no way I want to spend all day cooking a bunch of separate meals since I am cooking for me and the kids. It also means that once in a while (like today) I eat M ‘n’ M’s and binge play World of Warcraft........ 😜
