Crushed Monday with a day of deadlift variations. Highlight was pulling 335 for 7 reps with good form. My additional rest days and increased macros are fueling my strength. Post also includes heel elevated rdls.

Been away due to finding out that i had spine damage from my accident. Unfortunately there is long term damage but good news is that the more active i am now, the better things will be long term. My neuro told me to be as active as i possibly can but that I will be in pain. Push my limits but to rest when I have to. Day 1 down! 💪
