Decided to visit old stomping grounds this morning (LA Fitness). Some folks had on mask, some didn’t. Opted for healthy route and wore my Spartan mask 😳🥵😫. Post workout exhausted but enjoyed taking workout to the next level. May only hit them up in leg days since work gym is lacking leg press, leg extension and leg curl machines. Never skip Monday......
