Last night I ordered a squat rack. Good price and should help me during these lock down period. Read some good reviews about it so I ordered it. At present I do Jefferson squat, barbell hack squat or light weighted barbell squat. Can’t get heavy weighted barbell on my back as my overhead press is much limited so this rack could make things possible for me now: barbell squat with heavy weights😀💪🏻
