Good evening fit fam. It was shoulders, traps and abs today for my Monday gym kickoff. Supersets and one 4 station circuit. Two substitutions. Did: 4 sets of standing military shoulder press (using an Ez-curl bar), 4 sets of Hammer Strength behind the neck leverage press, 4 sets of bent over lateral raises (top of head resting against an upright bench), 4 sets of seated face pulls, 4 sets of monkey rows, 100 weighted bench crunches, 100 weighted cable crunches, 200 weighted side crunches, 120 lying leg raises and one (not so low) 55 second dragon flag hold. Happy numbers for today were: 140 lbs X 10 on the behind the neck press and 117.5 lbs X 10 on the seated face pulls. A pair of 40's X 10 on the monkey rows matches my best. Gonna be a super busy work week for me. Very short handed, so I'll need to pick up the slack. Lunch escapes will be ever so sweet. The light at the end of the tunnel will be seeing the Rolling Freaking Stones live Friday night! Have an awesome week everyone! Bob
