Mobility #3 day 41 week 6: Stick mobility: Slap shot, hammer twist,hippy dips, 10/10 Walking heel squat 40/40 Inchworms 10 Stick dislocates 10 Stick bow & arrow 10/10 Knees bent good mornings 10 Dunphy squats 8 Stick lat drivers 10 Stick iso drivers 10 MAPS high/low press 10/10 MAPS rotational lunge 10/10 Cossack squats (Stick/“landmine”) 30/30- not sure I did those correctly.
