Good evening fit fam. Just a few safe freestyle favorites today for my back saving, week ending lunch escape. Chest, shoulders, core. Supersets. Did 4 sets of Hammer Strength decline leverage press, 4 sets of Hammer Strength behind the neck leverage press, 4 sets of cable iron crosses (facing the machine), 4 sets of cable crossovers, 4 sets of monkey rows, 100 weighted bench crunches, 100 weighted side crunches, 100 lying leg raises and 4 sets of back extensions on the hyperextension unit. Took the Hammer Strength declines up to 150 lbs x 10. 125 lbs X 10 on the crossovers and iron crosses. Extra careful about form and feet placement. Back is slowly getting better. This weekend's rest should further help. Hope that everyone had a great day. Have a hauntingly good weekend! Good night! Bob

First there was a flex. Then i was really just trying to zip my dress, but boom muscles! 😂💪 Anyhow, didnt get to workout but work was ahhhhmazing and i still got some sweaty cardio! Happy weekend fam!!!! And happy Halloween! 👻
