Well, I made this today and it turned out pretty yummy. My daughter and I each had a little slice. Now I have to take it in to work to get rid of it. 🤣 I wish I did not like baking..

HELLLLOOOO!!!:) I am looking for a workout program to ease me back into weight training.. I have been off for a year in May due to health reasons. I have been cleared medically to start working out again, I’m very weak and have gained almost 60 pounds. I am tired of being this large and now that i won’t be feeling ill every month and can get into a routine, i’m looking for suggestions. I NEED start out light and easy and I NEED to lose this weight to feel good again! Thanks everyonr!!

Was planning on hitting shoulders later this evening. Those tacos, cheese dip, salsa and chips, and sweet tea may have changed my mind for me. Cheat meals are wonderful! I love food probably more than most. 😂😂. It really is sad how excited I get over food.

Set a new bench PR not feeling at my best. Pushed it anyways. Have a new new PR soon. 225lb(102kg) x 2 bench press. Been a long time coming.
