You know guys, I don’t even know where to start. Seems superficial and narcissistic to post my normal bull💩 in light of all the horrific things going on in the world. But the gym is a great place to relieve some stress. I always joke about being a mean 🍑 old lady, but the truth is that mean covers up a lot of things that I don’t want people to see. One being a heart that is breaking over the hatred and injustice people perpetuate on others out of some need to feel superior? Idk? Kindness is never wasted even if it is unappreciated. Be kind to each other. Stay safe!

My afternoon didn’t go as planned and I ended with a less than stellar workout, but on the upside, I should be well rested for tomorrow. 3 miles and a full body with the dumbbells I keep in my car.

My back and biceps session vanished into the void. Good session. Back seems to evening out a little...maybe ¯\_(ツ)_/¯. Changed up biceps a little today. Activation with inclined curls and moved to some AthleanX band stuff. It was OK...o ended up doing some dumbell curls to finish. 💪 🔥 👍
