Show weekend not for me though, the mrs time this week. Shes looking nuts 🔥went a bit nuts again with food 5600cals lol woke up bodys still soaking it up like a spunge plus the leg day yesterday firsf proper one in a few weeks should really stimulate growth 💪💪💪 have a good wekeend smash ya goals and have some ******* fun bodybuilding doesnt have to be boring.

A quick legs day ... I haven't worked them in a couple of weeks. I went very light, as I still need to watch out for my knee. But overall, I got a decent pump. Sadly, I am starting to gain back a lot of bad weight. This whole week I have eaten poorly. And I have not been consistent with my walking or intervals. I hope to get back on track tomorrow! ➡️ I did a set of 22s for our Vets and those suffering from depression. I am always around if you need an ear. 👂🙏 It's Friday ...
