Lower body #7. Went to the gym for this one. Got to play with the hack squat. They along with the lying leg curls were 8 sets each of 10,8,8,6,6,4,4,4 reps. The killer was the leg curls with the last set of each set being a 10 sec eccentric. 🥵🔥

My heart is the only muscle in my body that isn't currently in recovery mode, so I'm just sticking with low impact (but still challenging) cardio today. 15 minutes on the rower & 15 minutes on the spin bike. Gotta keep the heart strong. Remember to take care of what's inside your body, not just the outside.
