Warm up was 30 minutes on treadmill. Had a fantastic workout of chest and tri's. Cool down was 300 weighted crunches on the machine and 41 minutes on the treadmill. I'm done. Time to go refuel this machine. Until next time, Build on!

What a week 💥💥 So thankful for my gym routine and the drive thst gives to get through the challenging times. Hard not to think what things could be like if I hadn't found my way to the gym!
