I get to deload next week. Might try a heavy squat and deadlift single. Goals has been reset for the year. New goals Squat: 495 1rm Deadlift: 585 1rm Bench: who knows given my shoulder isn't 100%

Well here I am again... gained all my weight back plus some.... my husband built me a home gym so im getting statted again but wow my strength is gone... im 46 hoping its not too late... I need something to help me believe I can do this at my age... I didnt pit a recent pic up yet but im bavk where I started last time...
