Good day fit fam. I have a question you guys hopefully can help. Many yrs ago a bodybuilder pointed out a thigh rod. It's the long chord on inside of thigh that runs from crotch to knee. Any ideas to strengthen and developed this. I think it was Clarence Bass who had great ones.
