I have 2 more weeks in my current workout program. Then I will start home body. I've been wanting to start this one for a while. I also joined bodyfit. And bought some keto wheyfers and a t-shirt and a 1/2 gallon water bottle. I have to drink 4 oz more than 1/2 a gallon to be well hydrated. I was also told to not eat McDonald's everyday. (eyeroll) I don't eat McDonald's everyday. I might eat it twice a week, but mostly I eat there once a week. I follow the if it fits my macros sometimes. I do eat at home the rest of the time. I think my mom has finally gotten it that just bc you make 4 servings of something doesn't mean you have to eat all of it. my food during the week isn't horrible. I have a shake, some fruit, a meal which can be fast food or a meal at home, just depends on what I want. Also, we stopped buying brown and fizzy pop for the house. If we want it we have to leave the house to get it. The 'pop' in the house is flavored sparkling water

Show weekend not for me though, the mrs time this week. Shes looking nuts 🔥went a bit nuts again with food 5600cals lol woke up bodys still soaking it up like a spunge plus the leg day yesterday firsf proper one in a few weeks should really stimulate growth 💪💪💪 have a good wekeend smash ya goals and have some ******* fun bodybuilding doesnt have to be boring.
