Monday i start a log of all the workouts i will be doing over the next few months. Monday morning ill be going for a 20 min walk with my dog before i have to drop my son off at school. Then 10 min yoga while the other 2 eat their food and get ready for school. Then it will be time to work ( I am a caregiver). Gonna be great. Food log and workout logs getting in work!
