Getting it done! No excuses! Two days ago I literally grinded my right leg from the knee to about 5-6 inches above my ankle miss stepping and my leg falling through the snow. I was in extreme pain like 2nd degree burning pain for almost an hour. My first concern was not being able to train... in pain I immediately assested my joint and thank god it was good no issuess. So yesterday was my rest day I took anti inflammatories and iced it as much as possible and today I did what needed to be done! Another amazing legs session in the books! Lets grow!
