Well i got a bit carried away... Managed 50kg bench and 40kg incline bench for reps. Low row pulley was broken so did barbell rows and long bar lifts not bad 50kg! Killed the biceps on a superset..... Pain just pain lol. Everything else i just took to the max... Plus a few more deads at 50kg. Just had my bday meal Big Mac, chips and shake! First one this year. Have a bottle of Pink Fizz chilling for tonight. Plus my man remembered its my bday ❤️. Minxy 😈🇬🇧🐾
